Rental Policy

Identification

A valid Michigan driver’s license is required for ALL rentals. Proof of insurance is required for vehicles towing trailers.

Payment

Required at the time the rental item is picked up. Payment may be in the form of check or credit card only.

Deposit

Rental customers will be required to leave a deposit on items rented (excluding open account customers). Deposits vary per item. Deposit refunded on return of rental item in check or credit card form.

Metered Items

Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 160 hours per month. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.

Damage Waiver/RPP (Rental Protection Plan)

Damage waiver/RPP is available for an additional fee; any customer that does not have a current valid proof of liability insurance on file will be charged RPP. Click here to download a copy of our RPP Certificate.

Availability/Reservations

Please call for item availability. We cannot control return times of rental items or when customers request additional rental time.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change. Please call for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.

Delivery and Pick-up

Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your specific location. All rental items should be gathered in a single location convenient for pickup. If you prefer, you may pickup and return your rental items to our location.

Responsibility

Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items.

Weekly:

Monthly:
4 consecutive weeks

Note: Rent charged for total time out. Minimum charge based on equipment type.
