BLUE GIANT BG0-118 — BG ZERO ELECTRIC ACCESS VEHICLE

BG Zero is a compact and flexible solution for those looking to replace ladders and improve productivity in warehouse, retail and other industrial and commercial operations. The BG Zero can help workers do a wide range of elevated tasks more safely including those found in order picking, shelf stocking, inventory management, maintenance, and assembly.

With a maximum operator platform height of 118″ and a total vehicle capacity of 750 lb (200 lb front load tray, 250 lb front load deck, 300 lb operator’s compartment), the BG Zero packs a great deal of capability into a modest 57″ x 29.5″ vehicle footprint. Ergonomic and logically orientated controls provide for intuitive and accurate operation, while a permanent magnet drive motor and on-board AGM batteries deliver up to 4 hours of continuous operation on a single charge.

PMDC DRIVE MOTOR

Permanent magnet DC driver motor delivers run times of up to 4 hours of continuous operation on a single charge through a Zapi 24v infinity variable travel controller. Travel speeds are automatically reduced when elevated or tightly turning.

DC LIFT MOTOR

Can lift the operator to a maximum elevation of 118″.

ELEVATING SYSTEM

I-beam mast design with dual lifting chains ensures solid stability characteristics at height.

POWERED FRONT LOAD TRAY

The lifting cylinder used to elevate the tray is shielded with an angled cover to protect it and items on the lower load deck from damage. The front load deck features a single piece rubber powerhead cover that may be removed to access the unit’s mechanical, battery and charger systems for maintenance.

HYDRAULIC PUMP & RESERVOIR

The hydraulic pump & reservoir is fully enclosed within the powerhead to reduce chances for leakage when used in a commercial environment and lowering valve is located on the chassis should the unit ever become stuck in the air.

CHASSIS

An all steel chassis provides good stability support at height while loaded, and exceptional durability to extend the equipment’s service life.

OPERATOR’S COMPARTMENT

The compartment floor, rear gates and mast cap are cushioned for operator comfort. Obstruction presence sensors are included below the operator’s compartment on the lower chassis.
